Nick Anderson is a skilled and legally qualified Contracts Professional with over 25 years of experience in contract administration, commercial management, claim management and dispute avoidance. Holding qualifications in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, Nick is also a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), a member of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), and a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE).
Throughout his career, Nick has demonstrated expertise across diverse sectors, including high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, infrastructure projects, dredging and reclamation, and heavy industry. His global experience spans countries like the UK, Singapore, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Thailand, Malaysia, and Brunei, working on projects valued at up to USD 15 billion.
With a focus on proactive contract management, Nick ensures the delivery of tailored contract solutions, claim strategies, and effective dispute avoidance measures. His extensive work on major projects, such as the Tuas Port Reclamation, NEOM Port dredging and reclamation and Paya Lebar Quarter, underscores his commitment to protecting clients’ interests and ensuring successful project outcomes.
