Oxagon Port Terminal 2 - Saudi Arabia
Located in Oxagon, the Port of NEOM occupies a strategic position along the Red Sea coast, near the Suez Canal, a vital trade route through which 13% of global commerce flows. We played a pivotal role in overseeing contracts, offering legal expertise, and managing claims, ensuring full compliance and minimizing risks throughout the project’s duration. By skillfully handling complex stakeholder dynamics and resolving contractual issues, we contributed significantly to the project’s successful completion, establishing a benchmark for excellence in contract management and legal advisory services.
Tuas Viaduct - Singapore
The Tuas Viaduct project underscores our expertise in contract management, change control, and claims administration. Marina Bay Sands – Singapore
Ion Orchard; Orchard Residence and Ion Sky – Singapore
Managed the ACMV and electrical contracts for the mixed-use development consisting of the 3rd largest shopping mall in Singapore, Orchard Residences high-rise condominium and ION Sky observation decks on the 55th and 56th floors of the building
Bang Pa-In – Kingdom of Thailand
Managed all the commercial contractual aspects of this co-generation plant in Ayutthaya Province. Installed capacity of 120MW of electricity per year. 90MW is sold to EGAT under a Power Purchase Agreement and the remainder serves the Bang Pa-In Industrial Estate operators.
Downtown Line MRT Stations – Singapore
Managed the ACMV and electrical contracts for the Stage 1 (DTL1) and Stage 2 (DTL2) of the Downtown MRT Line. DTL1 is a 4.3-kilometre tunnel with 6 stations. Built fully underground, the 16.6-kilometre long DTL2 is a rapid transit system with 12 stations. DTL1 and DTL2 contracts were S$385 million and S$806 million respectively.
